Residential Modern House

We were invited to renovate a home in Marbella, Spain. Even though the house is in one of the sunniest parts of the country,

it still felt surprisingly dark and a little cramped. The terrace, especially, was not really working. It felt closed off and was not

the kind of place you would want to spend much time in.

Our goal was to change that and bring in more light, space, and comfort. We expanded the terrace and opened everything up

to let the space breathe. Now it feels calm and open, with plenty of room to enjoy the sun and the view.

It has become a real outdoor living area where you can relax, entertain, or just enjoy the day.
